In these modern times, every being on this planet, and indeed the planet itself is in a perpetual state of disrepair. All are oppressed by our way of life, and all suffer from it. This suffering, pain and degradation is essentially universal, though vary in degree, and application. Perhaps through the recognition that everything and everyone suffers in some way, we can learn to view all things and beings by our commonalities instead of our infinitesimal, and ultimately inconsequential differences. Through this recognition, let us form less tenuous bonds with the world around us and its inhabitants, and ultimately work towards an existence free from that which binds us all and causes us suffering.
Bitter Cold. All Encompassing. Enveloping. Choking. Suffocating. The pressure, asphyxiating. Without Rest. Without reprieve. That which binds us, also bonds us. Ceaseless suffering we have all come to know. In desperation, we have fallen to our knees. Begging, pleading, imploring for a moment of respite. The pain you harbor also inhabits another, inhabits all. All is in disrepair, all degraded and downtrodden. Through this, we are inextricably tied. Through this, we are one and the same. Cessation will never come.
